It is a record about survival, renewal, motherhood, identity, and the ongoing choice to stay — in love, in art, and in the world.

Available on standard black vinyl LP and as a limited indie exclusive pressing on 'Cigarette Curls' smokey marbled vinyl.

Track Listing:

The Ground Above

Before I Knew

Cigarette Curls

Waiting

Celestial Light

I'll Miss You

Love You Right

Otherside

Fans may like:
Aldous Harding, Nadia Reid, Cat Power, Nick Drake, Portishead, Weather Alive (Beth Orton).

Release Information:
Artist: BETH ORTON
Title: The Ground Above
Format: Vinyl LP
Label: Partisan Records
Cat#: PTSN 30661 (Standard) / PTSN 30663 (Indie Exclusive)
Origin: UK
Release Date: 26 June 2026
