New Dark Age Records is the long-running DIY imprint of Will Kinser, a Bay Area CA punk lifer who later relocated to K-Town, Denmark, by way of Hamburg, Germany. Rising from the ashes of No Options Records, New Dark Age grew out of the hands-on, release-it-yourself ethos of the East Bay scene. Will putting out records by his own bands, then quickly opened up to friends and kindred spirits on both sides of the Atlantic.

The catalogue leans dark, melodic and urgent, from the brooding post-punk of Spectres’ Last Days and The Estranged’s The Subliminal Man to 7"s from Red Dons, Doom Town, No More Art and The War Goes On. The guiding rule has always been simple: ignore genre trends, sweat every detail, and only press records built to outlast the hype cycle.
