Shipping FAQ
How long until my order ships?
In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way. Pre-orders ship when stock arrives. The estimated ship date is on each product page.
How much is shipping?
Within Australia: $10 flat rate for Standard, free on orders over $100. Express is $13. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- Australia Standard: 3–10 business days
- Australia Express: 1–3 business days
- New Zealand: 5–12 business days
- USA, UK and Canada: 10–25 business days
- Europe and Asia: 15–30 business days
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, worldwide with Australia Post. Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are paid by you on arrival.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email hello@globaldisrupt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Can I return something?
Unopened, sealed in-stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (10% restocking fee). Sale items, pre-orders and anything opened can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are always covered. See the Refund policy for details.
Can you ship my records outside the jackets?
Yes. Leave a note in the "Order notes" box at checkout. Records unsealed at your request can't be returned for change of mind.
