DANZIG: Danzig III: How The Gods Kill Vinyl LP (Black)

Danzig's third album and their commercial and creative high watermark.

Danzig III: How the Gods Kill (1992) is the most fully realised statement from the classic Danzig lineup -- Rick Rubin's production is at its most powerful, the songs balance the band's bluesy swagger with genuine heaviness, and Glenn Danzig's vocal performance is arguably his finest on record. The title track is a slow-burning masterpiece, while "Dirty Black Summer" and "Left Hand Black" gave the band their closest thing to radio-friendly material without compromising the record's overall weight and darkness.
