Deific Mourning (2025) is Decrepisy's second album — seven tracks written and recorded in a state of genuine horror and physical crisis. Kyle House (Acephalix, Negative Prayer), unable to play for years due to serious illness, brought in long-time collaborator Daniel Butler (Vastum, Acephalix) to write lyrics and handle vocals. Heavier on the doom side than their debut Emetic Communion, the album draws on goth and industrial influences bleeding through death metal's decaying form. An unflinching document of grief, sickness, and disintegration.
