Neurosis consists of Dave Edwardson, Scott Kelly, Jason Roeder, and Chad Salter. Pain of Mind is the band's debut album, representing the inception of a discography spanning 33 years and 13 albums. Recorded when the members ranged from 16 to 21 years of age, the title features fourteen punk tracks utilizing guitars, screams, and guttural growls. The album artwork was created by Jason Story.
