So-Do consists of Hideshi Akuta on vocals, guitar, and saxophone, Akira Tsukada on guitar, Yoshifumi Ito on bass, and Kimihiro Takemae on drums, with guest appearances by Hiroyasu Takamori, Osamu Tsukeoka, Gen Ohgimi, and Yasuo Imase. Studio Works '83-'85 is a compilation album released on February 28, 2025, through Time Capsule (Catalog number: TIME023). All tracks were written and composed by Hideshi Akuta and produced by Atsuo Takeuchi. The music utilizes post-punk, dub, and funk styles. Audio restoration and mastering were completed from original master tapes by Mike Hillier at Metropolis Studios in London, UK.
