Originally released only as a CD single in 1992 as a companion to the Look Mom No Head! sessions, this 2014 10" vinyl release finally gave the Blues Fix EP the analog treatment it deserved. The EP is a masterclass in the Cramps' ability to "Cramp-ify" rhythm and blues, featuring three tracks exclusive to this release (only "Hard Workin' Man" appears on the full-length album). Lux Interior’s vocal delivery on the frantic "Shombalor" is legendary, while Poison Ivy’s production perfectly captures the grit of their swampy, blues-indebted influences.
