CANDLEMASS: The Door To Doom Vinyl 2LP

Swedish doom metal royalty's final studio statement -- and a fitting one, featuring a guest appearance from Black Sabbath's own Tony Iommi.

The Door to Doom (2019) brings original vocalist Johan Langquist back into the fold for the first time since the band's 1986 debut, closing the loop on Candlemass's lineup history. Massive, mournful riffs and Langquist's powerful, theatrical delivery make this feel less like a comeback and more like the album the band was always destined to make. "Astorolus -- The Great Octopus" features Iommi himself on lead guitar.
