CANNIBAL CORPSE: Hammer Smashed Face Vinyl LP (Red Splatter)

First released in March 1993, Hammer Smashed Face is the EP built around the opening track of Cannibal Corpse's third album, Tomb of the Mutilated (1992) – the song that became the Buffalo death metal band's calling card, helped along by their cameo performing it in the film Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. Alongside it are two covers recorded in early 1993, Possessed's "The Exorcist" and Black Sabbath's "Zero the Hero", plus "Meat Hook Sodomy" and "Shredded Humans" from the band's first two albums. It captures the original line-up fronted by Chris Barnes.

This is the 2025 Back On Black reissue, pressed on clear vinyl with red splatter.
