DARKTHRONE: Under A Funeral Moon Vinyl LP

Under a Funeral Moon is the brutal and essential third studio album from Norwegian Black Metal legends Darkthrone. Released in 1993, this LP is the second installment of what is known as the band's "Unholy Trinity" and represents their ultimate commitment to creating a "pure black metal album." Eschewing all remaining traces of their death metal roots, the record features an intentionally harsh, "grim," and lo-fi production style, burying the shorter, focused songs under disfiguring layers of fuzzy distortion. An absolute milestone of the Second Wave of Black Metal, this vinyl is crucial for any fan seeking the genre's coldest and most uncompromising sound.
