About this release
Behold, the auditory filth that is "Pustulant Spawn," the gut-wrenching EP from Oakland's death metal desecrators, EVULSE. Prepare for an unrelenting onslaught of putrid, old-school death metal that will claw at your very soul.
From the opening chords, "Pustulant Spawn" drags you into a vortex of sonic depravity. Buzzsaw guitars churn out riffs that are as heavy as they are memorable, while the rhythm section pummels you with a relentless barrage of blast beats and d-beats. The guttural vocals narrate tales of horror and revulsion, completing the trifecta of auditory terror.
Featuring members of notable acts Mortuous, Ensepulcher, and Swamp Witch, EVULSE has crafted a modern classic that pays homage to the masters while carving out its own unique path of sickness. |
