About this release
Word...Life is the debut studio album by Brooklyn MC O.C., released in 1994 on Wild Pitch Records. Produced largely by Buckwild and featuring contributions from the D.I.T.C. crew, it's a cornerstone of mid-90s East Coast hip-hop — sharp, introspective lyricism over rugged, sample-heavy beats. The title track remains one of the era's finest rap records. |
