SECTARIAN BLOOM: Strategies Of Tension Vinyl LP

For fans of dark, driving post-punk and raw, energetic punk rock, "Strategies of Tension" is an indispensable addition to your collection. This album compiles all of Sectarian Bloom's recorded material from their 2020 self-titled release and their 2022 EP, "New Spring," presenting a cohesive and powerful listening experience. The fresh mastering, courtesy of Andrew Oswald (known for his work with Mortiferum and Ash Borer), breathes new life into these tracks, highlighting the band's signature sound.

Sectarian Bloom's music is a maelstrom of heavy, propulsive basslines, searing guitar leads, and compelling, almost-spoken-word vocals. The result is an infectious and catchy sound that is lyrically rooted in social unrest and critical thought. This is dark post-punk with a heavy emphasis on PUNK.

The LP is a co-release with the esteemed labels Rope or Guillotine and Transylvanian Recordings, a testament to the quality and importance of this release in the underground music scene.
