THE WEIRDOS: Weird World Vinyl LP

One of the first and best LA punk bands, finally collected properly.

Weird World gathers The Weirdos' essential early singles and EP material -- art-damaged, sax-blaring, deliberately weird punk that predates and arguably out-weirds most of what came out of the later hardcore scene the city is better known for. Cartoonish, smart, and gleefully confrontational, The Weirdos never quite got their due outside of LA punk historian circles. This is the place to start.
