Returning from a 35-year hiatus, Violent Coercion—featuring members who went on to form Neurosis, Attitude Adjustment, and Samiam—finally recorded their legendary unreleased tracks for the Still Time LP. Described by Aaron Cometbus as a "topographical map of Berkeley punk," the record captures the transition from raw 80s hardcore to the heavier, atmospheric sounds the members would later pioneer. The 2024 physical release includes a large poster detailing the early evolutionary history of the East Bay scene, making it as much a historical document as a musical release
