About this release

YOBS’ self-titled debut is a high-octane, 26-minute "hand grenade" that blends with scuzzy, psychedelic noise-rock. Formed from the ashes of underground favorites Weird Sex and Ohmns, the quartet recorded this ten-track assault in just four days to preserve its visceral, live energy. From the tragic, noise-drenched narrative of "Cyanide" to the hedonistic grit of "Fortune Teller," the album is a masterclass in "fun-as-hell" rock 'n' roll.
